Description: Faculty recruitment and retention remain top priorities for successful PA programs. Now, more than ever, programs must 'think outside of the box' when it comes to creating the ideal work/life balance for teams. This session is designed to describe innovative ways to expand workforce through hybrid/remote opportunities with successful outcomes.
Learning Objectives:
Describe innovative ways to reimagine the traditional faculty team including embracing remote and hybrid faculty members included with the in-person core faculty
Identify opportunities for growth and change within their faculty/staff team instruction strategies beyond the current face-to-face interactions that may improve overall function
Identify pitfalls of adding remote and hybrid members to their faculty team as well as troubleshoot solutions to overcome those barriers
Analyze their current setting for ideal options regarding flexible team work modifications for success of the organization, including modifications to the clinical team
