Description: PA faculty are often tasked with advising without requisite time, training, or resources. This project explored the facilitators and barriers to PA faculty engaging in effective advising. The findings will guide the future development of best practices for resources aimed at holistic, equity-minded advising supporting the retention of diverse students.
