Description: PA student well-being is essential to support success for learners and future clinicians. Harmful cognitive patterns act as destructive roadblocks that commonly impede student learning and success. Identifying and reframing the negative thought process and teaching positive psychology practices builds a healthy, psychologically safe culture for learners and future professionals.

Define and identify harmful cognitive patterns such as fixed mindset, magnification, comparison and mislabeling
