Description: Training highly qualified, professional PAs can present both students and faculty with many challenges along the way. This session will introduce participants to best practices in the teaching and remediation of professionalism and how incorporating these techniques may help address the "wicked problem" of professionalism.

Upon completion of this session the participant will be familar with the ARC-PA and AAPA definitions of professionalism
Identify several of the most common elements of human nature that contribute to unprofessional behavior
Describe the "wicked problem" and challenges of remediating professionalism
