CME Information
New this year! Please review the information below about claiming CME carefully, as it has changed.Many education sessions for the 2024 Education Forum are eligible for Category 1 CME credit. The AAPA Review Panel has awarded the following maximums of Category 1 CME credit for this year’s events:
- 2024 PAEA Education Forum (In-Person) - CME-2012111: 89.5 credits
- 2024 PAEA Education Forum (On-Demand) - CME-2012153: 37.25 credits
All-Access pass holders will be able to claim a combined maximum of 55.25* credits:
- 19.5 credits for 2024 PAEA Education Forum (In-Person) - CME-2012111
- 37.25 credits for 2024 PAEA Education Forum (On-Demand) - CME-2012153
Please note: The recorded Keynote speaker presentation, available for 1.5 credits, should only be claimed once.
On-Demand pass holders will be able to claim
up to 37.25 hours.
Earning CME Credits (All-Access)
This year, you can earn CME credits in two ways:
- Attending eligible programming in-person in Washington, DC.
- Viewing on-demand content.
Please note: You can only earn CME credit once per session - for either participating in the CME activity in-person OR viewing the on-demand recording.
For All-Access pass holders:This year, you will receive two (2) survey links- one for the in-person event, and one for the On-Demand content. Each survey will ask questions about your Forum experience in addition to evaluation feedback for all eligible sessions you wish to claim CME credits for.
Each survey can be completed and submitted once. Please ensure you have included all of your feedback before submitting.
If you also attended a
Fall Workshop, the workshop survey will be part of the All-Access survey. This survey will ask about your Fall Workshop experience and allow you to claim CME credits for workshop attendance.

- Deadline to submit: Monday, December 9 (11:59 pm ET)
Earning CME Credits (On-Demand)
You will receive a survey link that will ask questions about your On-Demand Forum experience in addition to evaluation feedback for all eligible sessions you wish to claim CME credits for.
The survey can be completed and submitted once. Please ensure you have included all of your feedback before submitting.
If you also attended a
Fall Workshop, you will receive a separate workshop survey. This survey will ask about your Fall Workshop experience and allow you to claim CME credits for workshop attendance. The survey will be sent via email on
Friday, October 11, and the deadline to submit the survey is
Friday, November 1 (11:59 pm ET).
On-Demand survey link
- Sent via email: Friday, November 1
- Deadline to submit: Monday, December 9 (11:59 pm ET)
Receiving Your CME Certificates
You can expect to receive your CME certificates via email
immediately upon submission of your survey(s). You will receive a separate certificate for each survey you complete (In-Person and/or On-Demand). Your CME certificate(s) will be sent from
Forum@PAEAonline.org and will include the number of Category 1 AAPA CME credits you have been awarded for in-person and/or on-demand session(s).
If you also attended a
Fall Workshop, your CME certificate will be sent from Workshops@PAEAonline.org and will include the number of Category 1 AAPA CME credits you have been awarded for in-person workshop attendance.
Don’t Forget to Log your CME Credits
After you receive the email containing your CME certificate, CME must be logged with the NCCPA. CME credits earned are not automatically passed on to the NCCPA; they must still be logged through your NCCPA record at
www.nccpa.net.
