Leading People powered by Brain Aware®

Workshop registration ended on September 18.

This newly created workshop is designed for faculty and staff leaders seeking to grow their influence and bring out the best in themselves and their team. This science-based training focuses on six key areas: managing people, coaching for impact, increasing emotional intelligence, creating peak performing teams, leading effective change, and driving execution and accountability. The PAEA Leadership Workshop is highly experiential, and participants will engage in reflection about their own leadership styles, examine ways to increase engagement and connection among their teams, and learn tactical strategies to drive behavior change, navigate the complexity of leadership, and sustain results.

While this workshop is open to all levels of experience, participants should have influence over a team or aspire to have a leadership role in the future.
